GREEN - THE ECOLOGICAL BOILERS


Evolution of the model RSM/EL, it is a Combi Wall Gas Boiler with NATURAL DRAUGHT, FULLY AUTOMATIC, with output 23 kW/h. The heart of the boiler is the traditional Thermomatic Copper Tube Heat Exchanger, where each heating element, even the combustion chamber, is water bathed. A Copper Coil with a wide exchange surface, immersed into the water of the heat exchanger, gives immediately a lot of Hot Domestic Water at a steady temperature.
	A special ATMOSPHERIC BURNER OF NEW GENERATION allows the perfect mix of Air and Gas for optimum combustion efficiency, with a stable and quiet lamellar flame and very low polluting emissions.

It is an inovatory range of room sealed Combi Gas Boilers, with PREMIXED COMBUSTION.
The Green Premix are FULLY AUTOMATIC, are available for 23kW and 28 kW output, and they include the traditional Thermomatic Copper Tube Heat Exchanger immersed into a water jacket.
An automatically adjusting Premix Unit keeps the mix of air and gas steadily perfect under any condition of use.

Thermomatic have also designed a particular METAL NET BURNER capable of achieving a Very High Combustion Efficiency (> 95%) and extremely low polluting Emissions.
A complete range of Flue, kits and fittings, allows to site the Boiler practically everywhere.

COMMON FEATURES GREEN 23 - GREEN PREMIX
Simple and reliable Electronic Ignition System with ionization flame control, to ensure the highest safety and to make the Boiler compatible with the most modem clock thermostats.
The highest Comfort in the supply of H.D.W. is ensured by the Thermomatic Heat Exchanger and by a purpose-designed H.D.W. priority system, that allows the user to have always and immediately a lot of hot water.
All the Boilers of the Green range are equipped with Mixing Valve, to adjust the water flow temperature to the radiators, and are supplied with all the fittings necessary to the installation (template with flow and return ball valves, domestic and gas valves).
The Boilers of the Green Range can be adjusted for any type of gas.

CONDENSING BOILER

The latest born of the Green range, the Thermomatic Ecological Boilers, Maxima combines the qualities of the Premixed Combustion (steadily optimized air/gas ratio, resulting into a clean combustion) to the advantages of the Condensation (Efficiency higher than 100%).

Through the Condensation is possible to recover the latent heat contained in the combustion under the form of steam which is normally lost with the combustion products.
The special heat exchanger, made of smoke tubes, has been properly designed to optimize the regeneration of the latent heat and allows to reach a 107% efficiency on the net calorific value.
As in all the Thermomatic Boilers, the H.D.W. exchanger is incorporated in the Maxima's heat exchanger.
In addition to the usual functional controls, a reliable microchip electronic board automatically sets the heating output demanded from the system (Sliding regulation), thus optimizing the energy saving (very high seasonal efficiency with up to 30% saving on the fuel bill, with respect to a traditional boiler).
